Shipping policy

General

All orders are dispatched from our flower farm in Newham, Victoria, Australia.

Please note we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or delivery timeframes, all delivery times are estimates only, however we do include priority postage in our shipping costs.

Shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered and delivery method.

Processing Orders

As we are a flower growing farm and are tending to our seed sowing and propagating and wrangling our toddler, orders will be processed and dispatched once daily on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Shipping Costs

We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Therefore, we use Australia Post fixed price postage products. Nothing fancy on the outside, but it's packed full of love on the inside. And it saves you money!

Products that can fit in a prepaid envelope deemed "large letter".

Products outside of that range due to dimensions or weight, will be sent as a "parcel".

Live plants (seedlings) must be sent using Express Post prepaid box.

Local Macedon Ranges Customers

We offer delivery to the Macedon Ranges Shire area.

Please select delivery at checkout.

We also offer FREE pick up from our farm in Newham. This is by appointment only, Monday to Friday. Address is provided at checkout, however an appointment time must be arranged before attempting to collect your purchases. Thank you for your understanding.

WA, TAS and Quarantine

As we are a small flower farm, due to extra costs associated with quarantine inspections when sending to Western Australia and Tasmania, we currently do not offer shipping to our Western Australian/Tasmanian customers.

We apologise for this inconvenience and if customer demand warrants it, we will look at this option for the future.
