Returns and refunds are provided for unopened products only within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. 

 

Seeds 

No returns or refunds are available on seeds. No claim can be made on failure to germinate. That unfortunately is dependent on multiple factors and cannot be assigned to the quality of seed. We keep all seeds at recommended storage temperatures and conditions to ensure integrity and efficacy of seeds.

 

Cut Flowers 

No returns or refunds are given for cut flowers. However, for local customers, you can return the vase for $2 off your next purchase using a coupon code. 

 

Seedlings 

Seedlings in the original pot (not yet potted up or planted out) may be returned or refunded if the plant shows signs of wilt or stress on arrival. Please email me immediately with photographs if there is any issue with your order upon arrival. Failure to do so within 5 days of receipt removes any right to claim damage.
